Volunteering at CIMA
If you are considering volunteering at CIMA, it would be a great pleasure to have your support for our mission.
There is always a lot of work to be done at the CIMA home, so the support of volunteers is very welcome.
Each year, we receive a significant number of people of various ages and from different countries, who stay in the facilities we have for volunteering and provide us with their valuable contribution in work, joy, and affection.
Procedure
Since we work with minors, it is not only important but also a legal obligation for us to request certain documentation.
- You or an institution that supports you can contact CIMA either by phone or email expressing your interest and the time frame in which you would like to be with us.
- We will promptly respond to your request, indicating the documentation we require from you, and if necessary, from your supporting institution.
- This information will be reviewed, and we will also check the availability of space for the dates you wish to come, as the space for volunteers is limited.
- If everything is in order, we will confirm your participation and eagerly await your arrival.
At CIMA, volunteers have an exclusive area with rooms, a kitchen, and a small living room, all shared.
You can consume the same food we eat, but if you wish, you can cook your own food in the volunteers' kitchen.
Likewise, there are bathrooms exclusively for volunteers with hot water.
