Description
The Fabric Painting Workshop aims to provide children and young people with the opportunity to engage in artistic expression through painting, developing skills that can become a way of life. This space allows participants to externalize their trapped emotions, fostering concentration, patience, and discipline while developing physical movements, color harmony, and designs.

Therapeutic Achievements
Through painting, children and teenagers are able to channel their emotions and develop new forms of emotional expression. They spend their time productively, connecting with their creative resources, which strengthens their self-concept and self-esteem. Painting allows them to express their inner world, promote interpersonal relationships, gain feelings of achievement, and build self-confidence. The hands, being in contact with the creative process, activate nerve endings that benefit both mind and body.

Formative Achievements
In the workshop, children and adolescents are encouraged to artistically express their conception of reality, integrating cultural and playful activities that serve as an expression of their knowledge and the non-verbal language of their emotions. The workshop includes training in manual painting techniques, the use of brushes and stencils, and encourages creativity in the selection of colors, designs, and surfaces for painting. Indirectly, they develop critical thinking, cooperative work, and a realistic view of the world, which has important psychological consequences.
The workshop’s activities are supervised by a teacher who teaches participants to work following processes and methodologies, building their confidence and ensuring the quality of their work. The workshop is open to children and teenagers of all ages.

Productive Achievements
This workshop allows participants to experiment, face, and solve various situations that will occur in real practice. Children and teenagers learn to use all the resources and tools they have acquired, which gives them the confidence to face reintegration into the real and working world. In addition to artistic expression, the workshop teaches productive aspects that allow young graduates to generate their own income, both in companies and small ventures within the visual arts industry, thus improving their quality of life.
